Shipping & Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at THE DOG SPA. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders made outside of the operating hours will be processed the next working day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The Dog Spa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Indonesia.
Customers are strongly advised to check The Products purchased at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute. All Products leaving The Dog Spa have been checked for quality and quantity accuracy.
Subject to the customer making a report to The Dog Spa within 2 days of the delivery order, The Dog Spa shall exchange the Product if:
The Product is delivered in a damaged condition or is past its expiry date.
The Product has a manufacturer's defect.
The wrong The Product is delivered.
All exchanges must be returned unused in their original packaging and condition.
All exchanged must be accompanied by the original invoice as proof of purchase from The Dog Spa.
All replacement of the Products will be done at the premises of The Dog Spa. Customers can return or exchange the Product to our office.
The Dog Spa reserves the right to collect, and the Customer shall be obliged to return a Product that was not part of the Customer's order which is delivered to the Customer by mistake.
The Dog Spa shall not be further liable for any damage loss or inconvenience of any form suffered whatsoever arising from any discrepancy.
All sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
To return your product, you should mail your product to Jl Widya Chandra 10 No 2b-c-d, Jakarta Selatan 12110.
For any faulty items or mistakes made by The Dog Spa, The Dog Spa will bare the shipping cost. For anything outside of our mistake, The Customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rp 500,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
